01 — Introduction
Padelix Indonesia operates padelix.co.id as an information platform for padel court construction and equipment catalog. This Privacy Policy effective October 12, 2026 explains how we handle personal data under Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law).
Using this site does not constitute consent to analytics or advertising. We ask for your explicit choice before enabling analytics or marketing cookies.
02 — Data We Collect
We only collect data needed to run the service:
Contact form
When you send a message via our contact form, we collect name, email or phone number, and message content. Used solely to respond.
Technical data (automatic)
Our hosting infrastructure automatically receives limited server-log data such as IP address, browser, requested URL, and time. Marketing data is collected only after you switch Marketing on. When you do, our server also sends our advertising partner the type of event (for example a chat tap or a contact form submission), the address of the page without its query or fragment, your IP address, your browser's user agent, and the values of the advertising identifier cookies if present. We never send your name, phone number or email this way.
Internal (admin)
Internal admin accounts store email and bcrypt-hashed password. Not linked to public users and never shared.
Note: This site has no public accounts, cart, or payment. Purchases and consultations are by chat. Our chat buttons open our messaging app with a pre-filled message that ends in a short tag such as [web: header], showing which part of the site you came from; you can edit or delete it before sending, and the app handles the message under its own policy.
03 — How We Use Data
Data collected is used to:
Respond to inquiries and consultation requests via contact form.
Send business information you requested via email.
With your consent, analyze site performance and improve user experience.
With your consent, measure and show relevant ads on advertising platforms based on site visits (remarketing).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing.
04 — Third-Party Services
To run this site we use outside service providers, grouped by what they do. Each handles data only for that purpose and under its own privacy terms:
Advertising and measurement
Only after you switch Marketing on: measures visits and enquiries and helps us show relevant ads and judge how well they work. Data is sent from your browser and from our server. It is not loaded or called before consent.
Email delivery
Transactional email service that forwards contact form messages.
Media hosting
Stores and delivers the images, video and documents on this site.
Hosting and network
Runs the site, caches pages and protects it. Operational logs may store the URLs and queries requested.
Database
Cloud database where the site's operational data is stored.
Messaging app
Our chat buttons open the messaging app; messages you send there are handled by that app under its own privacy policy.
Cookies are strictly opt-in and grouped in three. Necessary (always on): remembers your language and your cookie choices. Analytics: records how you reached us, meaning the campaign and link parameters and the landing page address without its query, kept for 30 days. Marketing: a measurement script from our advertising partner that sets its own identifier cookies, measures visits and enquiries and helps us show relevant ads; with it on, our server also sends the same enquiry events. The first screen offers Reject all, Accept all and Settings, where each optional group can be switched on or off; in Settings the optional groups appear switched on and only take effect if you press Save choices. If your choice is unknown or you reject a group, we do not load it, make its tracking calls, send its events from our server, or create its cookies. Entering the admin area revokes tracking and clears these cookies. You can change your choices at any time using the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page; turning a group off removes its cookies from this site.
05 — Storage & Security
Contact form data is forwarded by email and logged in internal audit (name, contact, IP, User-Agent) for ops/security. Audit kept 12 months and deletable on request. Our hosting provider's technical logs are kept under its own policy.
We apply reasonable security: HTTPS, bcrypt-hashed admin passwords, role-based access. No online system is fully secure — please be careful sharing sensitive info.
06 — Your Rights
Under PDP Law No. 27/2022, you have the right to:
Know what personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion, unless conflicting with legal obligations.
Withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie settings without affecting prior lawful processing.
